Overview

A leading Brazilian toy brand with a developed Latin America retail network. It sought a private-label microphone Bluetooth speaker for the growing interactive electronic toy segment, balancing karaoke performance, child safety and durability.

The Challenge

Anti-howling tuning had to keep vocals clear while meeting toy-safety criteria such as no small choking parts, non-toxic materials and rounded edges. Brazil ANATEL certification required certified models, revisions and RF parameters to match the goods exactly, and frequent small re-orders demanded zero batch-to-batch quality drift.

The Solution

FLS optimized EQ for children's vocal range with DSP anti-howling suppression and non-toxic ABS rounded housings. In-house specialists handled ANATEL pre-tests and documentation, BOM and firmware revisions were locked without joint written approval, and each batch passed aging, drop and charge-discharge safety tests.

A Toy Brand Entering the Kids Audio Market

The customer is a leading Brazilian toy brand with a developed offline network across Latin America, covering major toy chains, hypermarkets and mainstream e-commerce platforms. To capture the fast-growing interactive electronic toy segment, the brand needed a private-label microphone Bluetooth speaker that balanced karaoke performance, child safety and durability.

The Challenge

Acoustic tuning had to suppress sharp howling when children hold microphones close to speakers, without losing vocal clarity, while meeting toy-safety criteria such as no small choking hazards, non-toxic materials and rounded edges. Brazil's ANATEL certification required exact matching between certified model, hardware-software revisions and RF parameters and the physical goods, and small-volume frequent re-orders demanded zero quality drift across batches.

FLS Solution

FLS optimized EQ tuning for children's vocal range and deployed DSP anti-howling suppression, using non-toxic ABS housings with rounded corners. In-house certification specialists managed ANATEL workflows with pre-tests and full documentation. BOM, chipset and firmware revisions were locked without joint written approval, and every batch passed aging, drop-impact and charge-discharge safety testing.

Project Results

The 20,000-unit initial order shipped with consistent appearance, function and quality. ANATEL and toy-safety assessments passed on the first attempt, enabling smooth customs clearance and retail-shelf access, while years of repeat orders kept quality stable with no mass-quality incidents.
