The 20,000-unit first order required strict consistency in appearance, function and quality. The brand then needed continuous customisation, a GRS recycled-material transition and stable quality across dozens of SKUs with frequent monthly repeat orders.
The Solution
FLS organised production at its own 4,000-square-metre facility with IQC, IPQC and FQC procedures, using approved samples as the manufacturing reference. LOGO printing, private-label customisation and colour-box packaging were supported, along with GRS recycled plastic housings, eco-friendly packaging and dedicated multi-SKU project coordination.
