TWS pairs demand dual-unit RF synchronization: dense Wi-Fi or complex outdoor electromagnetic conditions cause channel desync, latency and drop-outs. EU CE-RED testing for bidirectional RF modes is stricter than for single units, certified parameters must match shipped revisions, and cross-batch firmware drift can break mutual pairing.
The Solution
FLS reconstructed TWS interconnection protocol algorithms with repeated left-right synchronization iterations and hundreds of hours of interference-simulated playback testing. Engineers redesigned housing with sealed silkscreen and gift-box samples, completed full CE-RED and RoHS certification, and added a 100% automated TWS-pairing inspection station with locked BOM and firmware versions.
