The Challenge
Micron-level tolerances were required for snap-fit clips and screw holes. Outdoor use exposes chip, battery and diaphragm to vibration, heat and cold, while integrated FCC testing and multi-batch version drift added further risk.

FLS applied 1:1 high-precision 3D modelling with repeated prototype assembly, reinforced sealing and anti-shock design, lab temperature/drop/vibration testing, full FCC and RoHS reports, plus BOM locking and a dedicated assembly-fit inspection station.
