Overview
AUDIOPEAK-USA is a U.S.-based consumer electronics brand focused on audio accessories and Bluetooth speaker products. The project began with more than 40,000 portable Bluetooth speakers and grew into long-term repeat supply.
The Challenge
The 40,000+ unit first order demanded detailed material planning and batch-level quality control. FCC and RoHS documentation had to be complete and traceable, drop and temperature reliability testing was required for North America, and repeat orders needed stable materials and specifications across batches.
The Solution
FLS planned materials in advance and ran dedicated production in its own 4,000-square-metre factory under IQC, IPQC and FQC controls, using the approved sample as the production reference. FLS also provided FCC and RoHS testing documentation, conducted drop and high- and low-temperature aging tests, and set up dedicated project coordination with safety stock planning.

For consumer electronics brands selling through U.S. retail and e-commerce channels, production scale is only part of the sourcing challenge. A reliable partner must also maintain batch consistency, meet FCC and RoHS requirements, complete reliability testing and provide stable repeat supply. The AUDIOPEAK-USA project shows how FLS met all of these requirements.
Brand Goal

The product entered U.S. online and offline channels, and the same model received multiple repeat orders with cumulative shipments exceeding 100,000 units. The customer and FLS established a long-term stable manufacturing relationship, with no major complaints or delivery delays reported.
